In an online context, the act (to wank, to be wanky) of being a complete idiot, drama queen, psychofan, jackhole or blowhard (wanker), thus entering a state deserving of mockery (wankiness). Does not mean "wanking" in the British sense, although that sense is often used metaphorically when speaking of online wank ("Isn't he chafing yet?").
