Drama, for the purposes of this discussion, includes but is not limited to unnecessary agitation, melodrama, making mountains out of molehills, ridiculous behavior, pernicious self-entitlement, an insistence on Making It All About You, an unholy glee in blowing things out of proportion. Usages:

drama queen: One prone to drama.
drama llama: 1. One prone to drama. 2. What the drama queen rides in on.
drama pajamas: Preferred apparel of drama queens or llamas.
dramatize: What someone prone to drama does. "Oh, dramatize."

Particularly ridiculous online drama may turn into wank, and from there appear on Fandom Wank.
