I can't remember exactly at which point I decided that The Littlest Edward totally, totally needed to ranch MLPs, but I think it was sometime after he first arrived and I started running out of things for him to do, in terms of planning the story out in advance. I didn't actually find the pony name "Twilight" on the back of the carrycase until I was taking pictures for the already-finished entry "Christmas in April."
