Internet abbreviation for "Oh my God." Some people pronounce it "oh em gee" (and even spell it out that way at times), but I pronounce it as "omigah" or perhaps "oməgah." Note: "omg" is much omgier than "oh my God," and should be used appropriately (and often without normal punctuation):
1. "Omg did you see Lost last night?!"
2. "I'm so tired of people running around like 'the world is ending omg!'"
2. "Oh my God, I think I just failed my class."
One is serious. One is silly. Know the difference.
